These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the MoTechy website and general enquiries about our digital marketing services. By using this site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About MoTechy

- Content on this site is for general information only. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice beyond the scope of our marketing services.
- We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
- Package prices shown as “starting from” are indicative. Final fees, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement after a strategy discussion.
3. Services and proposals
Submitting a form, booking a call, or messaging us does not create a binding service contract. A commercial engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing (email or signed proposal/invoice) on scope, fees, and payment terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the contact form (spam, abuse, or automated bulk submissions)
- Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or related systems
- Copy or reuse our site design, copy, or brand assets without permission, except for fair personal use (e.g. sharing a public page link)

Unless otherwise stated, MoTechy owns or licenses the trademarks, logos, text, and design of this website. Client work remains subject to the IP terms in the relevant service agreement (typically: client owns approved final deliverables after full payment; MoTechy may display non-confidential work in portfolios unless agreed otherwise).

Links to WhatsApp, social platforms, payment tools, or other third parties are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
7. Disclaimers
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (market conditions, product quality, budget, client responsiveness, platform algorithms). We do not guarantee specific follower counts, revenue, or advertising ROAS unless expressly written in a service agreement.
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MoTechy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For paid services, liability is limited as set out in the applicable client agreement.
